I began training with Ben in September 2009 after I came to the realisation I was more than a little overweight and heading quickly to an early grave. Training with Ben is fun and he keeps you motivated with varied and interesting sessions. His positive outlook and enthusiasm is contagious and I always look forward to training with him.

With Ben’s encouragement and support over the past 12 months I have achieved more than I thought was possible. Not only have I lost 32 kilos and improved my physical fitness but I am a much happier person and my son says I am much more fun.

Since I have been with Impulse Training I have twice weekly visits from Ben and have achieved more goals than I ever thought possible. I’ve been a client’s of Ben for over 12 months. He’s ability to make sessions different and challenging is the best I’ve seen. He has a great eye for detail and technique. This is important particularly for someone like myself who hired Ben to assist with rehab to improve my back condition and overall fitness. I have been training with Ben for 2yrs, over that time i have seen some amazing results. My fitness level has improved and i am completing training sessions i never thought possible. Ben has taught me not quit and to push myself that little bit further. No training session is ever the same, there are always new challenges. Ben works you hard and pushes you to your limit but it’s all worth it. I have been training with Ben Lennon since September 2008. Prior to this I have tried various gyms and personal training regimes, with little or no effect. I decided that enough was enough and it was time to get serious with my training, that’s why I commenced training with Ben.

Since starting training with Ben my strength has increased dramatically (from benching pressing 90kgs to a personal best 145kg’s). My stamina has increased, I feel energised and I have a definite increase in muscle mass and greater muscle tone. Training with Ben has far exceeded any expectations that I had, Ben pushes you to your limits and then that little bit further. I can never remember a session to date where I haven’t been totally spent, you leave nothing and I mean nothing behind after a personal training session with Ben.
